Divisions in donald ekong library
Administration
This Division coordinates all the administrative activities of the library.
Acquisition and Technical Division
This Division deals with the selection and acquisition of library information resources, and the maintenance of print-based information resources.
Information/Automation Services
This is the division that handles cataloguing of library resources and it is in charge of automation and digitization processes. The digitization processes involve the digitization of records, archival materials and the retrospective conversion of university administrative records.
Reader Services
This division is responsible for registering, charging and discharging library services to patrons. The other subunits in this division are: Circulation Unit, Reference Library Unit, Research Library Unit, Thesis Library Unit, Documents Library Unit, Archives Unit, Branch Libraries and Access Card Production Unit.
Bindery Unit
This unit is in charge of maintenance of books in the library
